BILL SUMMERS AND JAZALSA

BILL SUMMERS is a GRAMMY® Nominated legendary New Orleans-based Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz percussionist. Jazalsa is one of his primary musical projects, a dynamic ensemble that blends traditional Latin, jazz, and salsa rhythms with deep-rooted African percussion to create a unique, high-frequency sound. The band includes Bill Summers (percussion), Donald Harrison (sax), Oscar Rossignoli (piano), Ricky Sebastian (drums), Lila McClendon (African dance and drumming) and Simba (African dance and drumming).
